At Nominal, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. We are committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase and offer a seamless process to get you the perfect fit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure tracked and secure delivery.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your items back in their original Nominal packaging, attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
